Refund Policy

Salon Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings:

 

Appointments & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied toward your final service total.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

 

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • Future bookings may require full prepayment.

 

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment.

  • Full service fees may still apply.

 

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services.

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a correction where appropriate.

Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
