Refund Policy
Salon Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings:
Appointments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your final service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Future bookings may require full prepayment.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment.

Full service fees may still apply.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a correction where appropriate.
Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
